The I-CAH Registry provides the means of connecting clinical and research centres around the world and allows these centres to collect standardised information aimed at improving clinical practice, research and understanding of conditions affecting sexual development and maturation.

In April 2022, the Registry has reached over 2000 cases of CAH with a median age of 16 years from 70 centres from 27 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and South America.
